Richard Sosebee
Richard, an Atlanta native, uses his expertise in development to
manage the financial and operational components of Hardline Homes.
After a successful tenure at PEC Development Group where he managed
large-scale residential land development, Richard moved into general
contracting and construction. From pre-construction through final
walk-through, Richard works behind the scenes to ensure everything
is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
